Christian and Catholics schools used to be known for requiring students to wear uniforms. However, many schools have abandoned uniforms in favor of a modest dress policy.
What do you think as a Christian parent? Do you think uniforms promote a sober atmosphere conducive to learning and help set the school apart from the secular world? On the other hand, do you think uniforms are an archaic throwback to an authoritarian culture that stifles creativity, independent thought, and self-expression? Does it even matter?
